Return & Refund

At Pet Itz, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at returns@petitzmart.com or through our Contact Us form with your order number, and details of the damage or wrong item received.
2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.
3. Ship Your Item: Please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at returns@petitzmart.com.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Important Information

• We do not accept returns for any other reason than receiving a damaged or wrong product.
• Returns are only accepted for purchases made through Pet Itz.
• We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
